Established in 1986, ICSBD is a non-profit corporation to promote large business contract opportunities for Small Business (SB), Small Woman-Owned Business (SWOB), and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) .This is the second time I have attended this event and unlike many events that I have attended, this luncheon meeting is very structured and precised. The luncheon agenda usuallly consists of a 30 minute networking, followed by a welcoming speech from the president of ICSBD, Michael Chang of Lockheed Martin Space Systems, pledge of allegiance, 1 to 2 minutes of self introductions, followed by lunch and main program presentation.The topic for today's presentation was "Projecting Credibility and Confidence", presented by Cara Hale Alter, President of SpeechSkills.
